Lynn began her HR employment career in 1982 in Orlando, Florida until 1986, when she returned home to Pensacola. In 1988, she joined the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office working in the jail in ACR, front lobby and court security until 2004, when she changed careers to become a truck driver. In 2006, she went back to her roots in human resources at Santa Rosa Sheriff’s Office in the Employment division. In 2008, she returned to the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office, Human Resource Department with responsibilities of time keeping, FMLA, and employment. In October 2013, with the transfer of the Jail from Escambia County Sheriff’s Office, she joined the Escambia County Human Resources Department. She began in the Employment Section until June of 2015, when she began working a dual role in the Records Sections and Employment, she has now returned full-time to the Employment section. She attended George Stone Technical Center and Pensacola State College.
