• Barrington Court, 77th Avenue and Barrington, is currently an open area with no public amenities.
• Beggs Lane Park is a one half acre undeveloped parcel at the end of Beggs Lane.
• Brenda is a one acre open area site with no amenities at Brenda and Sandra Avenue.
• Brent Athletic Park, 4711 N "W" Street, is a 30 acre regional athletic park that has 12 baseball fields for various age groups, a football field, restrooms and covered pavilions. A partnership with Brent Athletic Association provides sports programming to the young people in the Brent area.
• Corry II Park, Cavalier and Delray, is an undeveloped one half acre parcel in Warrington with no amenities.
• Fairway Park, a small parcel at Fairway and Country Club Drive, is currently undeveloped.
• Gonzalez Park, a one third acre parcel at Gonzalez and Wentworth, is currently undeveloped and has no active recreational amenities.
• Harvester Homes I, 430 Belmont Street, is a one and one-half acre neighborhood park in Cantonment. Currently there is a playground, grills and picnic area at this site.
• Magnolia Park, 820 W. Detroit, is currently a two acre undeveloped parcel with no active recreational amenities.
• Marie Ella Davis Park, 16 Raymond Street, is a three acre site in Warrington. Along with a fully functional community center, it also has a covered pavilion, playground, an approximate 1/8 mile walk path, basketball court, security lights and picnic area.
• Mayfair II, 268 Fennel Drive, is currently an undeveloped parcel with no active recreation amenities.
• Meadowbrook Park II, 16 Feldor Drive, is a one acre undeveloped park with no active recreational amenities.
• Model Park, Jamesville Road off Mobile Highway, is 3.3 miles west of the Pensacola Fairgrounds. The park is accessed via club lock. Operation is from 7:30 a.m. to sunset, seven days per week.
• Oak Park, Spruce and Hickory Street, is a one acre park that is currently undeveloped with no amenities.
• Oakfield Acres Park II, 6411 White Oak Drive, is currently an undeveloped two acre site with no active recreational amenities.
• Oseola Parks II and III are small undeveloped parcels at Talladega and Cherokee Trail with no amenities.
• Perdido Garden is a one half acre undeveloped waterfront site within the Perdido Garden Subdivision. It currently has no amenities.
• Perdido Manor, in the Perdido Manor Subdivision, is a one half acre undeveloped site with no recreational amenities.
• Pine Valley, Fridinger Drive, is a five acre parcel that is currently undeveloped.
• Raines Terrace Park, Cedarwood Village and Raines Street, is an undeveloped one and one half acre park with no recreational amenities.
• Spanish Trail Park, off Olive Road, is a one third acre undeveloped field with no active recreation amenities.
• St. Augustine Park, St. Augustine and St. Elmo, is a one half acre undeveloped site with no active recreation amenities.
• Willard Brown Landing, Asherfield Estates Road, is a boat ramp currently under development and not yet open to the public.
• Willard Brown Nature Park, Highway 97 and Bratt Lane, is a 75 acre nature park in Cantonment. The park is currently under development and not yet open to the public.
• Woodlands Park, 9619 Sunnehanna Boulevard, consists of pines, oaks, and open space. There are currently no active recreation amenities at this site.
• Yoakum Court, is a one half acre parcel that is currently undeveloped and contains no active recreation amenities.
