Please note: All facilities are on a first-come, first-serve basis. All applicable fees must be received in the appropriate office before reservations are confirmed. The Hold Harmless Agreement must be notarized or have two witnesses.

Park Reservations

Parks Matrix

Neighborhood Parks in Escambia County, Florida may be reserved for birthday parties, picnics, family reunions, church gatherings, etc.

Listed below are the forms needed for park reservations, the Equestrian Center Facility Use Agreement and Lake Stone Campground's Rules and Regulations. (Please see instructions at the bottom of the page for saving the forms on your computer and easy submittal to the Parks Programs Division of Escambia County, Florida.)

For Park Reservations
Please use the Park Reservation Form and the Hold Harmless Agreement (must be notarized or have two witnesses).

For Equestrian Center
Please call the Equestrian Center at (850) 941-6042, and use the Equestrian Center Facilities Use Agreement and the Hold Harmless Agreement (must be notarized or have two witnesses).

Additional forms that may be required for Parks or Equestrian Center use:

For Park Reservations:
Instructions for using the Reservation and Hold Harmless forms:

  • 1. Click on hyperlink to obtain form(s).
  • 2. Save form(s) to your hard drive (click on File; Save As) . Hint ... give the file a name such as “Park Reservation Form” or “Hold Harmless Form” and be sure to remember the location where you save the file(s)!
  • 3. Complete the form(s) by filling in the blanks with the needed information and re-save the form(s) (click on File; Save). Be sure to save before closing the file(s) or you will lose your information!
  • 4. Email the form(s) to the Parks & Recreation Department by clicking on the following hyperlink: Email to Parks. Attach your completed forms to the email then send.

For Equestrian Center Reservations:
Instructions for using the Facility Use Agreement and Hold Harmless forms: (Please note ... ALL bookings at the Equestrian Center must be prearranged through the Equestrian Center administration.)

  • 5. If additional forms are required please fill out appropriate forms and return applications to Building Inspections. In addition please provide Equestrian Center a copy of approved applications.
